How it works
During your pregnancy we can meet to discuss previous experiences, your thoughts and emotions regarding birth. I can accompany you to any meetings and appointments you may have and support you to make plans for your labour and birth.
I am able to offer a full antenatal hypnobirthing course that is a wonderfully simple yet powerful tool which incorporates knowledge and hypnosis techniques specifically designed for labour and birth.
As your birth Doula I will be on 24 hour call for you for four weeks: from 38 – 42 weeks. When you go into labour I am happy for you to call me at any time, and can be with you as soon as you feel you need support. I can be with you at home while you are in the early stages of labour and stay with you until your baby is born at home or in hospital.
I am able to offer you a bespoke package that suits your requirements. Below is an example of what your birth doula package could include.
Birth Doula Package
Included in Pregnancy and Birth Doula Package:
- 3X hypnobirthing sessions
- MP3 Hypnobirthing tracks and Handbook
- 2 antenatal support visits
- 1 X 60 minute luxury pregnancy massage
- Text/email/phone contact during pregnancy
- Support to write your birth plan
- 24 hour on-call for birth for up to 4 weeks (38 – 42+ week of pregnancy)
- Attend labour and birth
- 1 x postnatal visit – birth debrief and signposting to postnatal support if needed.
Add on options to this package:
