Claire qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006. Her focus is musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with particular interests in running-related injuries, lumbopelvic pain and Womens Health.
After working in the NHS Claire worked as a physiotherapist at one of the worlds leading physiotherapy and pilates institutions (APPI), and managed its flagship clinic in Hampstead, London. She has presented courses to health professionals on both pilates and Womens Health.
Claire started developing particular expertise in Womens Health in 2008. She is now also a mum of two. Having faced her own post-natal challenges she is particularly rewarded by utilising her professional expertise to help other mums.

You’ll find a range of classes here to help you be healthy and fit during pregnancy, informed and prepared for birth and safe and supported as a new mother. Our teachers provide nourishing and active classes in stunning venues across the area. Use our timetable to pick a session time and location that suits you and then press ‘Sign In’ to reserve your space – bring cash along to pay your teacher directly. Be sure to arrive 5-10 mins before class to get yourself settled and so we can start on time.
New to yoga? That’s ok! Classes are for complete beginners to expert yogis. Everyone is welcome. Wear comfy clothes you can move around in, bring a bottle of water.
